Educational Qualifications

• First Class Graduate or Postgraduate
• MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Preference will be given to candidates having passed CAIIB

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an Officer in a reputed bank (Nationalized / Private Bank/ Multi State Scheduled bank).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Branch Head.
• Should have handled branches with:
  • Business of ₹300 Crore or above
  • Advances portfolio of ₹120 Crore or above

• Candidate must be a proven performer with strong leadership, business development and team management skills.
• Proven track record in business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to drive CASA, Advances, Retail & Corporate Banking business.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
