AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), a 100% subsidiary of Airports Authority of India, has announced recruitment for the post of Assistant (Security) on a 3-year Fixed Term Engagement Contract. A total of 62 vacancies are available across various locations including Tirupati, Trichy, Madurai, Bhubaneswar, and Udaipur. Candidates with a 12th pass qualification are eligible to apply. Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.06.2026)

• Essential Qualification: 12th from any recognized Board /University/ Institution, with minimum 60% marks for General and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
• Language Ability: Ability to read/ speak English, Hindi and / or conversant with local language.
• Age Limit: Not more than 27 years. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates will be considered.
• Job Profile: Assistance with operational works at Airport, passenger’s baggage handling, loading and unloading of baggage, and other multi-tasking operational work activities. The work involves lifting baggage from conveyor belts and x-ray machines.

Pay and Allowances

In addition to above:

• TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding (if deputed on tour) equivalent to actual fare by Ordinary Public Bus or Train fare of Sleeper Class.
• Leaves: Privilege Leave – 18 in a year + 12 Half Pay Leave + 9 CL + 2 RH.
• Medical Insurance: A maximum of Rs.10,000/- per annum shall be reimbursed for self & dependent family members.
• Gratuity, as per Gratuity Act, if/as applicable.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates must submit their application form latest by 02.07.2026 through Online Mode only. No other mode of application will be accepted.
• The eligible candidates will fill the online application form by clicking on “Apply Now” tab under the “Career” column on the AAICLAS website.
• The date of interaction (interview) will be intimated to candidates on their registered email IDs and by uploading a Circular on the AAICLAS website.
• Selection will be based on marks secured in the interview, with candidates having higher graduation marks being called first.

General Conditions

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Age relaxation will be provided for SC/ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and Ex-Serviceman categories as per government rules.

• The contract is initially for 3 years, extendable based on company needs and performance.
• The job is transferable to any station due to operational requirements.
